What is Vedic Meditation?

The practice of Vedic Meditation is simple to learn and enjoyable to practice. If you can think, you can meditate. There’s no concentration, focus, force, visualization, difficult postures, or required lifestyle changes. It's easy (really!).

When you learn Vedic Meditation, you will receive a personalized mantra (a sound with no intended meaning). The sound works on the level of vibration to naturally bring the mind to quieter and quieter states. This effortless mental technique allows you to experience deep rest—profound rest that’s even deeper than sleep.

By accessing unprecedented levels of rest, the nervous system naturally begins to release stress. With regular practice, accumulated stress starts melting away, yielding a range of benefits. These may include more energy, better sleep, increased productivity, greater adaptability, faster reaction times, slower aging, and a deep sense of inner calm and clarity. And the list goes on and on! It is transformational.

Vedic Meditation is learned in person over four consecutive days. Participants leave the course as self-sufficient meditators with a daily practice—no strain or struggle! In addition, every graduate has access to a lifetime of support.

Course Details

Friday, March 21 | One-on-One session up to 60 minutes. Timing flexible.

Saturday, March 22 | Up to 90 minutes - am/pm options.

Sunday, March 23 | Up to 90 minutes - am/pm options.

Monday, March 24 | Up to 90 minutes - am/pm options.
