Vedic Meditation is a 5,000 year old ancient practice, easily adopted by people living modern day lives. Only 20 minutes twice a day can transform your life, no renunciation needed. We meditate to be good at life. Imagine sleeping better, improved relationships, increased energy, mental clarity and adaptability, immunity, and greater and more frequent experiences of intuition, creativity and joy. Unleash your fullest potential and embody a consistent baseline of happiness. You deserve it.

How to get started…

  1. Let’s meet! We start with an exploratory conversation to go over the basics of Vedic Meditation, benefits of the practice, and how to learn. This initial conversation is offered either in-person or on Zoom. You’ll have the opportunity to ask all your questions and see if this practice is for you!

    Vedic Meditation is an easy to learn. No meditation experience is needed and it’s simple enough for children as young as five to learn and practice!

  2. The 4-day course! You will meditate from Day 1. Learn about the enjoyable process of becoming a self-sufficient Vedic Meditator which takes place in-person over 4 consecutive days, up to 90 minutes each day. We start with a short gratitude ceremony where you will receive your personalized mantra. Over the next 3 days, we will breakdown how Vedic Meditation specifically works to transcend thoughts and release stress from your nervous system. We will ensure you know how to integrate this practice into your daily life and how to discuss your new practice with friends and family. We will also preview what’s to come after long-term Vedic Meditation practice and what you can look forward to. All 4 days we will meditate together!

  3. A lifetime of support and follow-up! My colleagues and I are here to support you. You’ll have access to re-sit the 4-day course and participate in knowledge talks, group meditations, Vedic book clubs, retreat offerings, and more!
