LEARN TO MEDITATE
Vedic Meditation is one of the oldest and most effortless forms of meditation in the world. You don't need experience, a quiet mind, or a special setting. You simply need curiosity to learn.
HOW IT WORKS
The Learn to Meditate course is taught in person over four consecutive days. You'll receive a personal mantra and learn exactly how to use it. Each session builds naturally on the last until the technique is seamlessly integrated.
Once you've learned, the practice is simple: twenty minutes, twice a day.
After the course, you have lifetime access to follow-up support, group meditations, and course refreshers.
